Event Description
Can you imagine a place that serves food from all over the world? And this food being prepared with love and care, following traditiona l recipes?
This is what this international dinner is all about.
You can participate as part of a cooking team or as a regular paying participant. In both cases, you will have the chance to taste food from different countries and spend a nice evening with tons of international friends.
BE PART OF A COOKING TEAM
Sign up with a team of maximum 4 members and prepare traditional food from your country. All members of cooking teams will participate to the event for FREE.
Moreover, ESN Odense will cover your cooking expenses*, so you will have... enough ingredients to cook for all our participants.
To sign up as a cooking team you'll need to fill out the sign-up form (see Facebook event) instead of buying a ticket.
NB! There is no possibility to cook or heat up the food on the spot so you need to prepare it beforehand and then transport it to the event yourself.
GRAB A FORK AND JOIN THE FEAST
In exchange for a small participation fee (which will cover cooking expenses) you will be granted access to the event and taste food from all the represented countries.
During the event, we will also serve drinks for very student-friendly prices.
The ticket price will be 50 DKK if you purchase your ticket before the sign-up deadline online and 40 DKK if you buy it in the office(March 22nd 2017 at 12 pm). If we will have tickets left for the event, we will sell tickets for 50 DKK in the doors :-)
* Cooking expenses will be refunded upon presentation of valid receipts and for an ammount of no more than 400 DKK per team.
