Event Description

 
 
  • Work 1 day (14 hours), two different shifts everyday 
10:30-00:30 (Morning crew all days)
15:00-03:00 (Thursday,Friday)
16:00-04:00 (Saturday)
  • 4 Different bars (5 depending on amout of people) 
  • Work with friends
  • Access to volunteer Area with discounts on drinks through the festival
  • Access to ESN Odense Break Area

This not your final registration, you will get a link later in 2025 for Tinderbox volunteer system called Ruby. 
 
When choosing a bar, sign up for a bar for the SAME DAY as the shift you choose. If you choose e.g., "Thursday" and choose "Bar X (Friday)", you will work on Thursday.
 
Bar Manager?
 
Wanna be a bar manager, then we need you to help us during the festival. You get responsibility for 1 bar during the festival with other volunteers and helped by both the ESN Odense coordinator team and Tinderbox area managers + training before the event
